2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission steering gear ratio

A few years ago I replaced the steering gear due to leaking output shaft now 3 steering gear later I have the same problem. The out put shaft bearing wears out and the seal starts to leak. note all 3 steering gear have been 4 1/4 turn . I got the steering gear from advance auto parts and have a lifetime warranty but I cant seem to get a 3 1/4 turn gear. Is a 3 1/4 turn gear stock or aftermarket only ? Is there a way to order the 3 1`/4 turn gear short of buying another one from someone else? THANKS .

steering box 52113500AE is for 2500 & 3500 med & heavy duty 4x4, don't know the ratio. my truck was built with the 3 1/2 (wrong) lock to lock but it was changed to 3 turn lock to lock. So my vin won't help, but vin from the truck with the right box then the dodge dealer can verify the steering box part number. Only one shaft needs to be change, the other is the same. PS my truck also had a dss added.
