I traded my 62/71/14 for a BD Super B Special [64/71/14]. I can't test it since my truck is still in pieces though.

I know a guy who did the same swap on a CR w/ DDP 90's and picked up about 25-30 HP (depending on the dyno).

Good luck and let us know how it turns out.

I talked to a guy who said that he picked up 70hp doing the swap. I'm not worried much about numbers, as long as it tows & sled pulls, I'm good.

Jamie,I know why you're replacing the turbo..... you didn't feel like blowing all the dust off from the bodywork. :-laf:-laf

Let us know how the Super B works. I'm considering their towing twins very soon!!!

Thats right! :-laf Actually I saw the 64/71/14 in the classifieds on another site & my brother wants to switch from 62/71/13ss to 64/71/13ss on his CR. I asked the guy to trade him & the guy didn't want to trade him in fear of breaking something while switching all of the housings etc. from CR truck to 2nd gen since they are different. He offered to trade me & I figured that if I don't like it, I'll just trade my brother for his 62/71. Kinda like a win/win situation. ;)
