Suspension and Ride Quality

My daily driver is a '19 PowerWagon 2500. It definitely rides better than my 3500 SRW. Likely due to coils in the rear and Bilstein shocks.

And the spring rates in the Power Wagon are the softest in any HD, frequently very much softer.

2020 Crew Cab 3500 Dually. Looking to improve the ride quality. We live in an area with rough roads and the ride is pretty rough. What options are out there and those who have made suspension mods how do you rate them. Cheers!

If your willing to spend some doe on suspension upgrades, you can completely get rid of the front coil springs and rear leaf springs and go full air ride with a Kelderman air suspension. Every review I've heard has been glowingly positive. Of course the reduction of weight in your wallet may play a part .
