I am doing some front end work on my truck (see sig), and I want to replace the sway bar bushings. However, there are a few options (30mm, 32mm, 33mm, and 34mm). Anybody know which size I need?

I have a suggestion. Maybe you could get a decent (with little slop) adjustable wrench and size it. Then, if you have kids or maybe your ruler has mm- or even cm scale, put the wrench up to the ruler. If you have a way of measuring inches accurately (vernier/ dial caliper) then just convert. I dont have the formula in my head but there are calculators on the web...

A little more work but a little more accurate: wrap a string around it, snug, but do not stretch it, and mark i revolution. Measure the length in inches and divide by 25. 4 or measure it in millimeters if you can. Then divide it by 3. 14 and that will give you the diameter.

I purchased mine from a local NAPA. They had a MM gauge and measured the bar for me. My 07 2500 took the 33MM, but I have the Snow Plow package and according to NAPA mine are for the 3500. Anyway, check with a parts store maybe they have a MM caliper they will use or let you use.
