I just ordered one yesterday, 68$ and some change + shipping. The part will be dropped shipped directly from Cummins is what i was told. I will call them back today and confirm just to make sure.

maybe you shouldn't ask... if they double check, they may look too close, and say then have a chance to say no.

Way tempt fate... . ????

Just FYI everyone, it really doesnt matter how cheap it sells for if its a piece of crap.

My truck just turned 100k & I'm on my relocated big line kit 3rd. going onto another.

It wont be a Carter piece of crap I'll tell ya that.

Good thing for gauges, VP44 saved for the 4th time !

I know this thread is old & dead , but thought Id vent another Carter failure-----Proflow

toolmantimtaylor - i was a little dizzzzzy this morning but now im awake cant stop laughing but its true i would have been scared of dodge ram if i read this fourm before i bought one. . we are all complaning about somthing on oru trucks electronics and so on. . but think about our truck we are getting pretty much power out of them many in here has incresed their stock hp with 100procent so why will it brake down sometimes? why do we do it? beacause we all get adicted of power... look how the government turned out

I got tired of getting 20K miles from the Carter pumps (even after relocating near tank) and replaced mine with an AIRTEX Part # E7153. I have about 40K on it and still getting 16-17 psi at idle and cruise. 13 psi min at WOT.
