OK folks - my son sent me a set of maps and I hadn't used this map service before - FREE -



It is the best ever...

I won't use anything else again... . Try the hybrid maps - look at the satellite maping... .



Play with it for 5 min - you'll be sold... .

If you have a good internet connection also try:

It is a great asset in knowing the topography as well - to avoid certain mountains.

I'm not 100% sold on the Google maps, though. They had me routed on some train tracks on the way to IRP. Kinda rough in the dually...



moon. google.com is another cool site. Pretty good detail if you zoom in.

Yea - you probably had the "scenic route" box checked. Lucky you didn't have the "goat path" box checked!
