Carl got his posting privileges revoked because 2 whiners complained about his helping us out too much with the group purchases and him posting about them. I guess the whiners lost sales. Duh!, it means that you, the 2 whiners, charge too much for your products and we're not biting.

This kind of micro-managing I would expect from none other than Al Gore, not from this site.

Keep your chin up Carl!!

I think we should all support Carl here,he started his own bargin house and has saved numerous ones of us money on toys we don't have to have,Robert Patton are you listening WE send our hard earned money to you for a book of information about our passions and pay an extreme price for the amount of issues we receive,what Carl has done to help eliminate some of the greed of distribuators is in the best interest of the members of the TDR but maybe not yours if you need more money get another job like the rest of us do or your renall rate could fall. Just remember we pay to use this site unlike say the ford board which does not and I visit it dailey and post also and pay NOTHING. Please leave Carl alone,as he is a welcome and wanted member here by many. "Ramman"

Carl is OK in my book. I wish the powers at be would stop this silly witch hunt. His work has gotten me to buy things that I WOULD NOT have purchased without the discount. I also have purchased from mfgs who advertise here at full price. His discounts are NOT taking business away from anyone except the greedy folks. Yeah, maybe he toots his horn alot, but I for one don't want website nazis deciding what I sould be reading. What about the silly oil discussions that drone on endlessly? How come they don't put a lid on the folks banging their drum over and over about oil? I for one would MUCH rather have Carl around than not.
