As I said in my original thread, it isn't that hard. Pop the throttle rod off the ball sockets (clean & lube since it is off) three bolts and a c-clip. EZ-PZ You have one extra step since you have a TPS.
 
Do you have a photo of what the whole linkage w/TPS installed should look like?

I made the mistake of taking it to the transmission shop I've used for several years. I didn't notice until getting back home that the Throttle Return Spring appears to have been installed oddly to a makeshift bracket they may have attached to the timing cover bolt. I'm taking it back to the shop later today to see what they have to say about this.

The double springs on the lower linkage is '97 & '98 only. A '96 has a spring within a spring attached quite differently. The upper spring, I'm assuming, is different for an automatic with a TPS and a manual trans. But it might be the same.

I went back to the transmission shop and they said they didn't make the enhancement. The linkage works fine. Looks like it's a one of kind now.
Do you know this TDR member?
