Tire rotation?

Probably a dumb question and I will admit I haven’t looked in the owner’s manual. Rotated the tires yesterday on my new to me 2015 2500. It now shows front tire psi on the rear and rear on the front. Will it eventually realize the tires are in a different position? I miss the old days with a lot less electronic BS

It takes around 5-7 miles for it to get updated.
