Had my torque converter lockup permanantly on me today not funny in stop and go la traffic any recommdations for trany shop whittier area of LA

Not sure if you're close to Fullerton, but I recommend calling Mike at Inglewood Transmissions (714) 870-7300. He is one of Dave Goerend's certified installers. He installed a full Goerend in my truck last year before I left California. Nice guy and really knows diesel transmissions. Not affiliated, just a happy customer.
