I would like to know if anyone out there knows the torque spec for the rear hub wheel bearing nut on a 1t dually with dana 70 axles. Had to replace bearings , races & locknut on one side, going to do other side next wknd and

re-tighten other side after 250miles. (1wk of back & forth to work)

Snugged it up like you do for front wheel bearings & checked for any play. Is this satisfactory or is there a spec for it?

Thanks for the replies.

Torque to 120-140 ft-lbs. then back off 1/3 of a turn. You can get new keepers & locknuts @ Napa for half of the cost Dodge parts. FYI these are the same parts that F*rd used on some of their 4 wheel drive trucks.
