Battery/charging question:

Weighed My Setup Today

Thank you sir!

Right now mine is at a shop getting the doors fixed. My rear walk in door leaks like sieve and there is something not sealed around the wheel well area. It gets wet inside the garage on wet roads it blows or pushes some water up.

As soon as I get it back I am tackling the generator install, add AC to the garage and a fold up couch bed going to be an area for my son to have a bedroom if you will. Also plan to add a run of conduit from the load center under the steps back to the garage so I can pull some 110v and 12v circuits.

Despite the appearance in the photo, there is a flanged plastic grommet in that hole installed from the top down.

I want to install one, maybe two decent sized fire extinguishers in the toyhauler, in addition to the mini unit that comes mounted in the trailer. It's a garage model, so there is a partition wall between the garage and LQ, with aluminum 2x2 studs, and the garage side is aluminum sheet. I figure one inside the exterior man door into the garage, and the second near the partition wall door. How big is sufficient? 10 lbs? I will use an appropriate bracket mounted with either self drillers, or maybe rivnuts. I looked at a couple box stores, and they had a poor assortment, and no brackets. Amazon has many listing, but they are pretty willy-nilly, and hard to match bottle with bracket. Suggestions???

Ask a local fire dept. They should have vendors.

Truck dealer or semi trailer dealers will have a way to order them if not in stock..
I would think where you boondock and have gasoline around 20 lb versions would be a must....

Almost ready!!!

I said 20lb, but I meant 10lb......now fully awake.

My system is down at work, doing an update so I can't check pricing.

I stock both of these, they are Kidde.

Using the highlighted numbers I get some decent hits on Amazon, maybe this will help you narrow down the choices...

2nd that, although I like to burn the last oil change before the wood, less work.:D in the shop, of course. Today, supposed to be upper 30's-low 40's, so just need to knock chill off.

Hoping for a warm up here first of the week.
