hello everyone i live in the temecula area of so cal and was wondering where is the best shop to get some toyo open country mts. Im looking for a 33 x 12. 5 x 17. what size would that be in metric. thanks again guys.

295/70/17's for metric size. I know up here in NorCal we have Les Shwab Tires that is a Toyo exclusive distributor. I know down in your area, KORE Race Shop has that size in a very good price.

Express Tire is a major Toyo distributer down here. KORE is an option,but I don't know what shipping will run you. Pickup at the compound is forbidden. They do offer a good price.

Check with 4 Wheel Parts Temecula 27310 Madison Ave. (951)491-0923. They usually have reasonable prices. Ive never been to that store, but the warehouse is in Compton.

A guy up the street with an '03 returned from a round trip San Diego to Honduras and back pulling an 8,500# trailer. No rotations,no rebalance or flats. At one point,he had to drop the pressure to 8# to get out of a bog down there. He's got 22,000 on his 35-12. 50-17's. They'll easily make it to 35,000 safe miles,and those are tough miles,pulling,with no maintenance. For a tire that size,next to no lead balancing the suckers.
