Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Trans lock up

I have a 95 with 170,00 0 mi I tow a 13,000 lb 5th wheel did a power upgrade and had the trans upgraded at 88,000 mi . I am thinking of adding a torque lock up to the trans and don't know what is the best With 170,000 mi should I just rebuild and add the lock up or buy a trans from a power shop with lock up in it. I do have the pro loc torque conver from sun coast with pac brake . The brake does not work well without a lock up. any and all input please. :-{} :-{}
