Can you take a nv5600 & bolt it up to a 12 vavle. If so does anything need changed?

Yes it will bolt up, if you run the 6speed flywheel with it there is a spacer that has to be installed between the starter. Which will also require longer starter bolts.

 

[Dieseldemon]

If you use a SBC flywheel you don't need the spacer only with the stock 13" flywheel. What trans do you have in it now?
