Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Trans relay off/trans problems.

Hello to all, my trans has been acting up lately and I fixed it before by changing the shift solenoid and pressure sensor. trans worked great for long time with no problems. but the problem is back and I changed the pressure sensor because the supplier said that 1 in 150 are bad. well today I plugged in the Snapon scanner and ran some tests. I found that the trans relay is off when it should be on when engine is running. alaos the trans relay should click on and off for 5 min. it only clicks for a min. has anyone also have this problem and what is fix for it. Thank you.
