Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Transfer Case Help

I'm doing an auto to 5spd conversion. I have everything out of the truck now. While I was under the truck today I noticed a vacum line that doesen't go to anything. There are 4 lines that come of the transfer case vacum switch. 2 go to the front CAD Housing and the other 2, one white, one green go up the driver side of the engine. The green one goes to nothing. Did I unplug something by accident or is this an extra wire? Thanks Pete

I might have figured it out. I found a diagram in the service manuel that shows to lines going to the CAD, one is a breather and the other has a check valve. Does that sound correct?
