Not sure if disappointed or pissed off is more correct but per the dealer:
"The tech has performed a fuel system run up test, this test came back with the vehicle running fine at this time. There is no issue going on inside the motor."
"The film inside the exhaust is not soot it is only road grime"
"There is nothing wrong with how the vehicle is performing regens because no MIL is illuminated."
To top it off they are telling me that to further diag the oil issue they want to drain, fill, and mark the level and have me drive it to see that the level is actually rising (have we heard this same story already???)
To add insult to injury, because it is now past 36k regardless of when this issue started and who already worked on it, I am responsible to pay for diag fees $338 as nothing was found to be wrong that is covered under warranty!!!!!!! The Ram Cares people better have earplugs when I call them again because they're the ones who told me to take it to another dealer.
I guess the next thing I need to decide after owning 4 Rams in 12 years 3 of which were purchased new is Powerstroke or Duramax, because if this is the way Stellantis is going to allow things to be run I'm out.
