Truck running bad, getting codes.

Yesterday while sitting at a stop light the truck just started running like crap. The idle was rough and it sounded as loud as my 02. It had very little power. I pulled into a parking lot and shut the truck off. I pulled the codes and got

P0193 Fuel rail pressure sensor high

P0236 Turbocharger boost pressure sensor preformance / rationality.



I am guessing the Edge EZ has something to do with this, so I will take it off later to day and see. The truck ran ok once I turned it back on untill the next time I was at a stop light and it did it again. Any one else have or have seen this?

Every now and again my 2004 HO/48RE will run rough at idle too, but I'm not getting any codes. I too have an Edge box on it and have taken it off to see if it was causing the problem, but nothing changed. The engine noise itself doesn't increase, but the truck starts to shake somewhat.
