Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) turning up the smoke machine

Ok I have another ignorant question to add to the MANY I have asked since buying my wife the new ELECTRONIC cummins. What controls the smoke? (Obviously more power for one) But on the 12v we have the AFC star wheel to turn. Does the 24v have a similar set up? If not what can we do to turn up the smoke factor a little?

I made more with injectors and a box. Since I replaced the transmission I see A LOT more smoke, especially when I want it. It really takes only a light foot on the pedal to move it along with all of the new internals. It hooks up a lot better now also.
