btw. i looked though the gallery's all morning and searched until my eyes hurt.

I doubt that they were mine, but i think I have some pictures in my readers rigs. If not I can send you some. They are very basic.

Here are the ones that I made.

The ones that Ron made are sweet!!!

The flange that bolts to the back of the small turbo is also "shaped" a little to allow a smoother transition for the waste exhaust to flow into the big turbo.

Hope that helps.

ron, what did you use to make those? they are some of the best ive seen. what do you want for a set?? ive been working on some but they dont look like that  . what kind of steel do you use on those? 3/8" mild would work just fine shouldnt it.

We call CRS rusty iron. The flanges aren't rusty, just made out of rusty iron. It is about 1/3 the price of stainless, so we make the first parts out of CRS to de-bug the CNC program. No NASA work for me. I'm just an old metal butcher. They look better in the picture than in real life. Better to get the good stuff from the guys that make the kits.

If my new pump works out well, I am thinking about making a new set for my truck. I am making some clamps for the 3 different tubing sizes so that I can surround the joint area to hold them together and spot them in place through slots in the clamps. I use something similar on 1. 5 and 2. 0 inch tubing I work with now. The hot pipe and mount are pretty easy. But the cold piping takes alot more finesse(belt sanding) to look good. Plus it sticks out like a sore thumb when you open your hood. I don't know why I'm worried about it. My overflow resevoir is held on with baling wire. But at least it is stainless wire.

Mark.

Just in case you are not familiar with metal filament fastening systems, I took a picture of the proper technique. My readers rigs, clutch rod.
