Just about ready to pull the trigger on a set of twins but still don't know witch set to choose  plan on staying in the 600hp range and it's a everyday driver. So everyones imput will help. I have not heard much about the bd set are they worth the money or should i go with II towing set, etc. and on down the line  so everyone please help me make the right choice.

I have seen the BD twins many times and im very impressed for the 600+ HP setup they have.

I have driven a PS62/K31 (II towing setup) and was also impressed. Either way you cant go wrong.

The BD set to me is a bit cleaner looking but thats just my opinion.

Yeah, Nathan will build a set that fits your needs wether its towing, racing.

i started out with a towing setup to keep egt's in check at 550hp towing but after adding more power i upgraded the top charger.

now that ive added lots more i'm gonna try a "big" set next week.

my advise is industrial injections set but i can say from experience that if you buy anthing from bd that you will be unhappy i have a set of bd twins and i will sell them for 3150. but i can tell you that bd is the worst company in the world to deal with in my experience. i went through multiple items that continue to keep breaking and 3 transmissions from them. the turbos have about 7k on them and have been inspected by pdi. but if you got the 5k get industrial injectons and forget about it. sorry to rant but bd has cost me months of time down on my truck and more headaches than i can count. what a bad company with unreliable products, heck i never got more than 2k out of one of the three trannies i had from them. now have a suncoast with no problems from the start.

Their trannys have a bit to be desired. I know alot of people that have went through countless trannys. I have never dealt with BD personally just a few things here and there from their dealers, but I have seen their twins numerous times on many diffrent trucks and from what I have seen they perform in my book, As well as Nathans stock/B2 setups as well.

JEpling,

I just purchased the II towing twins from a fellow tdr member. I was looking at Artic Air twins but for what I got these for I couldn't pass them up. I'll get them installed post haste and let you know what the results are. But I agree with Cody Sanders II is the way to go Just my opinion though.

Yeah, I've read about BD transmissions too. Wonder if they are going to be selling transmissions much longer-they don't have a good reputation there.
