Uconnect 8.4 with Nav phone problems

Uconnect 8.4 with Nav - The top line on the phone screen has 5 spots for pre-set phone numbers. I have set the numbers about 4 times and it seems that they are not permanent. When I restart the car the next morning the pre-sets are blank. Any suggestions on how to permanently set them.

I have the same issue and would like to know a solution. my software version on the Uconnect is 17.09.01, I know there is an update but it has not come through over the air for me yet and am nervous about loading it manually.

Are you sure the constant 12v power supply to the radio is good?

Thanks for the suggestion but I would assume there is constant power since my favorite XM stations and saved map destinations are not deleted.

It’s the same with me. Never loses any presets other than the phones.
