I know this topic may have been covered. But I've not seen anything that will help me find the map update. I've got a 2014 3500 and want to update my maps without reactivating my uconnect system. Any help will be good.
Here is the link for map updates. http://chryslergroup.navigation.com/sku/U3562-0060-509/en_US/ChryslerNA/USD Notice "PLEASE NOTE: This product is currently out of stock. Please check back in mid October when product is back in stock. We apologize for any inconvenience."

What a joke! Other brands routinely update maps on a regular basis. They all use the same map source. Someone is just screwing the pooch at FCA.
I guess their local Staples ran out of DVDR media...
All I know is that paying 45-70K for a vehicle should result in better service and FCA is providing. FCA should be all over HERE getting the issue resolved or bring it in house and fix it. SnoKing
I think some of it is FCA wanting us to keep using their Uconnect system. It's nice, but I just can't see spending the money to keep connected to it. There's an update for the Uconnect system, but I can't get it because I'm not connected to their system so it's not available to me. And I can't just go to the dealer and get it because it's not covered by FCA!
Yeah the YouTube video from a dealer I watched mentioned that. But I didn't think I could just go into an area with 3G Peoria IL does have Sprint and I think it's 3G. So it would download automatically? Is there anything that I need to do to make it come into my radio?
How long will the run position stay on without timing out and shutting off? I go the update message the other day and said later.
