Faulty Fuel Pressure Guage?

Miller Tool?

Did a couple of runs with just #2 (blended winter fuel) and a couple of runs with the water/meth (wiper fluid) injection going. Dyno was a DynoJet at Dynomite Diesel Performance in Monroe Wa.



Straight #2

Actual (uncorrected) = 425hp/895ft-lbs

SAE (corrected) = 413hp/871ft-lbs



With water/meth (-40F wiper fluid = 50/50)

Actual (uncorrected) = 459hp/945ft-lbs

SAE (corrected) = 447hp/920ft-lbs



Water Meth injection made a difference of about 30hp/50ft-lbs but with lower EGT’s the pump was only set at 100psi, I'm told with the pump at 200psi it'd add closer to 70hp.



Mods are as per sig. plate was full forward, and this was before I got the 6 speed (6 spd. shouldn't make much difference).

638hp on #2 with lots of stock stuff.

2001 auto 3. 55 rear axle DTT full billet with 91% converter Mark Kendricks twins with a 35/40hybrid on top HT3B 27cm housing down low. I built a special wastegate controller for the twins. Injectors are a set of Don Morrison's Mach 6s. Fuel system is a Perporator filtered by Racor 2micron 690. I did my own cylinder head work,cut my own fire ring grooves in the head only. I used Haisley Machine . 105 fire rings and stock headgasket

with studs. Stock ECM,stock cam shaft,the original stock VP44, My best yet on the Dyno, on #2 only was 638. 1 hp.
