I was reading the ABC news site just a minute ago and they had an article about men being forced to pay child support even when DNA testing showed that they were not that child's father. It went on to say that in 30% of the tests done to determine paternity the, the man tested was not the biological father.

I find it quite disturbing that accurate scientific proof could exist that shows that someone is not the father of a child and yet he would still be *forced* to pay child support.
Any thoughts?
