Hi All,

I have a 02 6sp 4x4 HO and I am looking to add some power. Here is what I want:

400-475 HP at the wheels

800-900lbs of Tq

I drive the truck 130 miles a day so fuel consumption should be kept within reason

Must be reliable

My truck is stock now with the exception of pusher pump and 4in exhaust. What do you all suggest to get me there?

Thanks

Mike

Edge Juice w/attitude, possibly stacked with a Smarty, 100 hp injectors, turbo (pick your flavor, ATS, II, BD, HTT, etc. ), 3 piece exhaust manifold, ATS Arc Flow intake, Amsoil Ea air filter and cold air intake, new clutch (to hold all the power)... have fun! Should put you around 450 rwhp. Oh yeah, ditch the in tank lp and go Glacier, FASS or Air Dog, with a Vulcan Draw Straw and big line kit.

Do you have gauges? if not then Ditto on all of what BTowler said. If you have gauges I would go smarty and TST rather than edge as they have issues with the version 8. 0 comps they can't figure out:rolleyes: . 100 hp sticks and an S300 based turbo of your choice will get you to 400 hp. I would not go past 100 hp injectors if fuel economy is important. I had 90 hp BD'S and absolutely loved them +2mph over stock. I now have 155 hp BD's and get what I got for milage when stock.

I have the standard pacbrake setup. What are my turbo options then? What can I use while keeping my pacbrake setup?

Thanks

Mike

As SNOKING said... . you don't have much of a variety on turbos to accept your Pac brake, but you can get the power that you want with a Dodgezilla. If you decide to get a S300 based turbo..... you can get a 3rd gen turbo & mount a 3rd gen ebrake as I did. These Ebrakes can be bought cheap on ebay..... I got mine brand new 04. 5 brake for $260, but it is luck of the draw on finding them on ebay.
