Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Vibration at times

I have a '01 2500 CTD stock everything except Edge EZ, 90,000 miles, My problem is at crusing speeds 60-70mph, very smooth ride until I hit a bump like the beginning of a bridge or pothole, something that will jar the ride a little, then I get a vibration from what feels like the right front of the truck, (I could be mistaken on exact area), until I hit a bump again then it will smooth out and ride great until the next bump, (this is frustrating). I've had it in the shop and the front end is tight (so says the shop), ball joints, front bearings and steer stabalizer all replaced this year. I was wondering if any of you out there have had or heard of this or simular problems like this or maybe just some advise.
