Not just the Heater... . The A/C Evaporator is main reason for tearing out the Heater Box!! (at least with the guys around west Conn. )

Your timing on posting this couldn't have been better. It seems my pump died last night.

Something to note, you DO NOT have to remove all the injector lines from every injector. Remove the lines on injectors 1, 2 and 4 you can leave the lines on injectors 3, 5 and 6 . Take 3, 5 and 6 off the VP44 and loosen the hold downs for them then you can gently push them towards the block and the pump will slide back and out. This way you don't have to deal with the rear engine lifting bracket as well.
