Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Waste gate actuator

I think my actuator may be frozen. Is it possible to move the actuator by hand using the counter weight? I can't move mine.

You will not be able to move the acuator by hand.

You can use compressed air with a regulator in line on the signal line to check it,just keep the pressure low to start with and adjust the regulator and watch the waste gate actuator arm.
