OK guys I need some help understanding this stuff. On a stock turbo (let's say mine), HY35 the wastegate opens at I think 20lbs boost right? This is to prevent damage to the turbo and/or setting off codes. If I put in a boost fooler, I can get more PSI but I won't set off codes, what about damage to the turbo? What PSI is considered max without doing damage? What happens when an over boost code is set? I am just curious, I know that air is just half the ingredient for power and I'm not going there right now just wondering about the whole turbo/wastegate/PSI thing. Thanks
