HELP for Chris Snyder!!!!!!!!!!

Website slow tonight?

Gentlemen, I regretfully have to post this.

BBennie was on his was on his way home from work last night at about 2:30am. It was extremely foggy out and he was driving a friends S-10 because his truck was low on fuel. It is still unknown exactly what happened, but he passed immediatly uppon impact. The other driver is in Critical condition. Had he been driving his CTD, he would still be with us.

TDR Admin, please do what is nessissary with his account.

I was trying to do a search on this member and can't find him.

Just wanted to read some posts so I could associate who he was.

RIP BBennie

He was a long time reader. He didn't post much. I'll see if I can find what he posted. I improperly spelled his SN this morning. BBenny. He had one post.

He was working the last 2 get togethers. He was really stoked about getting to one. He was actually the one that gave me the Go-Carting idea.

I saw that. Both to head on collisions.

I did find out that Benny's was probably due to weather/lead foot. He liked to drive fast, and was trying to get home and get some sleep. He was working construction, and another job that was almost full time. From what we can tell, he pulled out to pass (in a passing zone) but the fog was to thick and he couldn't see on comming traffic. On comming traffic couldn't see him. The car he was trying to pass saw what was in the immediate future and took the Ditch.

Please guys, be very careful out there. I know some of us, myself included, drive hard. Just remember, it only takes a second for a bad choice to leave your friends and family with a memory.

When I was in high school, I had a AMC Javelin. I was messing around and I fishtailed it around a corner and swung it into the ditch. I smacked a sign with the right door. I was lucky I didn't fall another 6" down as the rear end would have struck a bunch of trees and ripped the car in half. That split second decision could have changed my life. That really changed the way I drove. Life is so precious, one second can change everything ... .

Josh, I feel your pain. If you need to talk, we are here for you.

I appreciate it guys.

We had the funeral over the weekend. There were moments when you were on the verge of tears, then seconds later laughing. He was that kind of person.

After the funeral probably 30 of his friends went Bowling, which was one of his favorite things to do. We told stories and had a few drinks. We even had his brother laughing till he had tears rolling down his face. I think that was as perfect of a closing we could have had for Brandon. I also think that we all became better friends in the process.

We did also discuss what happened. They think he may have fallen asleep behind the wheel. He had crossed the line. Most of the damage to him was on the right side of his face and chest. Had he been driving his CTD he would have killed the woman in the other car with a husband and kids. He wouldn't have been able to live with that. All in all it's hard to have him gone, but the outcome of the situation is the best for him.

Thank all of you for your support. I think Chris Snyder needs our prayers now.
