We lost one...

To the point: Click this link and check out the Front Page News story(ies) where we are tracking the introduction of the 2025 Ram HD trucks.

Thanks, TDR Staff

Everybody... DUCK!!!!

2.5 liter jeep turbo diesel

Sorry, guys, I had to post over there... I still have my membership from when I had a 6. 2 in ol' smokey... :p

Well joining the diesel page group and buying a duramax definitley has to be the dark side. ( this represents a blind person or someone in the dark)

Do they still require invoice numbers/dealer names/mechanic shop they took their truck to for confirmation they really have a probelm and it wasn't a bogus post from Dodge/ford diesel owners.

Oh yeah and they never have to worry about EGT's. :-laf

Thanks but I'll stay on the Bright side where we admit our trucks/engines are not perfect and try to find solutions to the problems,:D and of course as a Jedi educate those on the dark side about real power, real trucks! :D Oo.

Let the fingers fly (on the key board that is) :p.

HMMMMM maybe I am in the dark... ... . but I have never heard of a 4. 3 cummins... is this guy for real?

Whatever floats his boat... . the more that go there leave more used trucks for me to chose from later on... . :)

Jim

Well then..

That "force" sure is compelling.

I'll admit that I have driven a few Chevy and GMC

2500HD Duramax trucks. Been doing a ton of

research over at the GM diesel forums too.

Then I drove a 2003 Dodge Ram with the new

ISB-E Cummins. :p

I am back from the fringes of the dark side.

Keeping my 2001 2500 Ram till it gets some

respectable miles on it, then going to get a

new Cummins. Prob 2005.

Fords just freak me out. Look good but I don't

have any desire to own a PSD Ford pickup.

Chris N5CWM,

If you can do it buy early 2004 models (if I get another one that is what I'm planning on doing).

Jan. 2004 Cummins engines for the Dodges get a bunch of emission crud on it. :(   :{ :--) The med duty trucks start this year.

What I read in Last TDR issue engines will loose some of their power because of these unnecessary add on's.

May the Force be with You!

Jim S,

It is either 4. 3 or 4. 7 6 cyl. Was in a post on this forum about a year ago. ford 2500/3500(?) with Cummins down south of us (like as in South America) had photo attached.
