Happy Birthday Drive-By!

Lets see some weird pictures that some of you all have. I came across this picture thought it was strainge(even though i have had the same idea). #ad

At least it is a dodge that it is in.

I think that Suzuki weighs around 3000 lbs, sure the truck would hold it. I used to own one, but I can't recall if the front wheels were less then 4' to the outside, I think its wider then that, plus this truck has oversize tires on it (even wider) so it probably did not fit between the wheel wells.

I did notice its long enough that the tail gate can not close? That means to load it they had to drive over the tail gate, and I don't think the tailgate or the cables would support that weight. Another winner for our "photoshop" award?

Check this out. Now I know it is not the same vehicle, but it was/is the predecesor to the Samurai. I would guess it weighs lessthan a sammy with its small 2 cylinder engine and spartan ammenities, but non the less it can and was done alot back then. There is no way I would have the balls to try it though atleast not with those cable style tailgate chains. Oh by the way check out the rest of the site i am linking there is some neat stuff on there. I love these old LJ's.
