At what HP level (or other factor) does the Intercooler become a bottleneck/restriction and should be upgraded?

At what HP level (or other factor) does the Exhaust become a bottleneck/restriction and should be upgraded? (If EGT, then is it just when it is hard to keep it under 1200 or XXXX number under load and up a hill?)

thanks

2001 6spd, 4. 10 Gears, Edge Juice, BHAF, 150HP EDM, switching to 80HP EDMs... It was fun for a few weeks. PDR 35/40 14cm2--looking to go a little bigger

The Exhaust will be a problem much quicker! I recomend doing an exhaust first thing! Even slightly modified trucks can run into EGT problems! The intercooler isnt a major restriction at all! All Though there are some better flowing coolers , most guys dont upgrade unless somthing happens with the factory cooler!
