If you slide the plate, what do you use to controll the boost ?? just thinnin !!!

You can order a new boost elbow from Piers, or TST, or whoever sells plates. You'll like the plate slid forward. I liked it so much, see what I went and did? (see sig).

If you slide the plate, there is no reason to control the boost. You won't overboost the turbo. Just remove the hose from the wastegate, plug off the end of the hose & enjoy.

if you go with a # 10 plate should it be in stock position or slid forward

I started in the stock position. Huge improvement over stock. Slid it forward and even more improvement. All depends on other mods, and how much smoke and power you want. Make sure you have gauges, your EGT's will go up. Also be sure to add more air. It's a balancing act.
