I got my SPA fuel pressure guage hooked up today, and went for a quick test-run.

The Peak hold on the guage showed 13 psi, with an average of 10-11 at idle. At WOT I observed 5 psi. Is this okay? Truck has 4800 miles on it and stil has the filter it came with when I bought it.

BTW, for anybody installing one of these off of the shrader valve on the back of the fuel filter, do yourself a favor and buy a right-angle piece. Mine is straight, and interferes some with the dipstick, plus it's so close to the firewall I can't get a screwdriver back there to tighten the screw that holds the wiring harness to the sender.

I recently brought a pressure tester to our Rocky Mountain TDR gathering and tested a half dozen trucks or so. Your readings are as good as or better than most of them. Most trucks were 10-11 at idle and 5-6 at full throttle. I havn't found anyone to tell me what "in spec" really is but yours appears normal normal.
