Attention: TDR Forum Junkies 
I somehow ended up with two houses. Didn't really want it that way, but I guess its a blessing in disguise. Anyway...
One is a 1500 or so sq foot brick Victorian style place. It desperately needs remodeling inside, and the exterior is showing its age. Dad left it to me when he died. The good part about it is the three car garage out back, with storage space over two of the bays. Too bad my brother and I have 8 cars between us.
The other is a 2000 sq ft place, a three bedroom rancher. Has a large two car garage, but I plan on adding a 40x60 shop space, and the garage will be used as living space. My grandmother left that one to me, and that one is the one I'd like to be living in full time. It sits on an acre and a half and has a small guest house with it.
