What size is the t-case fill plug?

Tried changing my t-case fluid last night but I don't have the right size allen wrench. I was able to get the bottom plug out with a 3/8" allen, but it was silightly too small... small enough to not budge the fill seal.



I went to sears and the only thing bigger was 1/2" - TOO BIG or 12mm which also seemed too big. Anyone know the right size?

Mine will accept a 3/8" rachet nicely. Been doing it quite a lot lately. :rolleyes"



I guess yours are different?

I tried the 3/8" drive and no beans... Dunno if the plug has been changed. I'll try again.
