Tomac has a really well rounded truck, and he's a nice guy on top of that. You have to give credit where credit is due. Maddogs' truck has insane power for a truck that can still be driven on the street. If the truck would hold together dragging something behind it, I don't see where anyone should be able to touch him. Richard, did you apply for the competition? I just can't imagine Diesel Power or anyone else turning down the chance to see you run your truck hard. . If so, maybe next time you need to send pictures in of your truck with Diesel Power Magazine stickers all over it. . =)

Yes I did apply for the competition. I sent pictures as well as a DVD with a lot of my races and dyno events. I am going to see what it will do sled pulling this year.

SledPuller, why do you talk like a jackarse so much while still representing the DHRA. The idea is for people to like the DHRA and its members, not hate it.

So because someone is invloved with an organization they should just say what people think they should say instead of what they are realy thinking. Sounds like a politition to me. I dont always agree with what Gene or alot of people say but I do believe they have the right to say it. Im the first guy to tell Gene what I think -----Because we have that right. The last thing I want is someone running around just telling me what I want to hear instead of what they are realy thinking.

Werner, Babneau and Drever, thank you for answering my question! job well done. it was only a matter of time. congrats to all and especially Werner. i am definitely going to make an effort this year to watch the Nor Cal diesel rally this year. should be very good.

I think it has to do with who they invite and who can keep from breaking.

Nick D'Amico would have done better but had issues, NADP had issues, as did others. but all in all, it was a BLAST!!!!
