I installed my fuse block that I got from Car Quest just like many of you did on the right side of the cross brace behind the knee bolster. I ran a hot wire from the main fuse in the power distribution box under the hood to a relay activated by the main switched wire in the column.

I think I've got about as much wiring in there as you do

After installing the circuit block, Pyro amplifier,a couple of relays and the module for the alarm system I don't have any more room under there:{ When you look at all the wires it looks like a birds nest, I did it as neat as I could, but still no more room!
