I already put a 16cm2 on but it don't spool up to my liking yet I was going to get either a 14cm2 or 12cm2 which shoud I get and My truck is also 5spd and I ain't got too much fuel yet maybe a turn on the fuel screw and diafram turned starwheel bottomed out and smoke screw about 3/4 way down but about to put a turn or two on fuel screw and bump timing but just wasn't sure if I would have growing room with the 12cm2 as in the EGTs or the 14cm2 would be better

Cooler tubz from TWorline will make it spool faster and will lower egts and increase mpg. Do you still have stock injectors? If you do I would get some with increased flow as that will liven things up. I kept my first gens to ~26 psi and 1200 F. With a WH-1C with 16cm. Just like your '04 the turbo starts to go out of the effiency map. An HX -35 is good for a few more psi of boost but don't go over 30-35 psi with a 12cm. HTT will sell you a new compressor wheel and housing that is good for more airflow for not many $ for you stock turbo.

Alright thanks but I think I'm going with the 12cm2 non wg that way I don't have to move the downpipe and also I already got a slightly than larger stock compressor cause its a 94 WH1C housing and and wheel the wheel is ever so slightly larger than stock I gained bout 3-4psi doing the swap and it was free. Thank ya'll for the advice

That concurs with what I saw when I went to the WH1C parts.

I also experienced slightly quicker spooling.
