who's hotrod vp44 are you running?

Put Industrial Injection's HRVP44 pump on a friends 01 HO six speed two or three months ago. He loves it, pulls hard and clean with more rpm. A noticable increase in power all by itself. No + or - in mpg. Idles a little higher and has a little chop to the idle, but we knew it would he likes the way it sounds, almost like twins choping at idle. He is all Truck is stock except for a good single disc clutch, exhaust and afe intake. Just decided this week to hook the drag comp back up and see how it likes that :-laf

Is anybody running the scheid lightning pump?

i went with it because it was the only one on stock that i could find and heard good things about scheid, so figured there pumps should be good. will see

update

I must be the first one running the scheid pump?just had the dealer install it because it was sitting in there lot and it was easier then my getting it home to change. If anybody was following my "truck died thread" seen that the dealer said the comp shorted out and burned up the vp. turned out to be the pump tap rubbed on the injector line and shorted there.

Would the comp still be good? the dealer taped the wire on the new pump, but i am scared to use it.
