Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Why did my 160HP pump have 167 DV's?

I was curious if these were supposed to come this way, I thought they had 131's from what I read. In any case, is it worth it for me to sell the 167's, are they good for anything? If someone had 131's and swapped in 167's alone would they gain any HP?

161 maybe? Never heard of a 167. Guessing you aren't the first to be in there, or the pump came off of something else

Not sure either but I did just double check and there is no mistaking it, it shows this:

Now you got me thinking, where should I look for the tag on the pump? I would like to see if this is the original pump. Also I read about an uprate kit being available, could this be one of the mods they did back in the day?

Would 167's have any gains over the 131's if everything else stayed the same? Would they handle 215 injectors without a stumble?
