Help me name my new dog

Those little see-through windshield reminders that you get at Jiffy Lube etc, where can you buy something like that for your own use??????

Napa sells them and they also come with a case of their motor oil. I personally prefer using Dynamo tape (the self stick tape that you emboss with a squeeze gun) on the edge of the door. I have a lot of rigs that go a long time before needing service and have found the type you write on to fade or peel off. The Dynamo tape can still be read when faded and even survives degreasers.

Forgot about that..

Yes - the old label maker - almost forgot about that. Time to get her back out... you can even stick those to plastic... . I have a big 3 M mag tape as well, might try that under the hood, or door... .

I like the side of the door because you can see it every time you get in. At the rate my Cummins uses oil/fluid (zero) I don't get under the hood much. On work rigs I put the label right above the odo, that way others can tell me when it's time to service rigs that I don't use much. I use the Dynamo underhood for filter/belt numbers, oil capacities/types, etc. Beats thumbing though the manuals.

I use the tape labler also. I use it on all of my customers cars and put it on the left door pillar above the striker plate. My own cars, I keep a written log in a small 3"X5" spiral notebook in the glove box. You can buy them at drug stores or office supply stores. They are good if you sell a vehicle because you give the new owner records of service and repairs.
