Blownaway, $50. 00 ,And it works great. You can remove the sections one piece at a time ,Also work so good that I had to drill four opening in the top because my trans temp was running 30* above normal. lund international is the manufacture,I will try to fine a link.

It looks like you drilled 2 big holes in each top cover, is that right? Did that get the trans temp back to normal... ... I always thought people were crazy for thinking the thermostat wouldn't keep the engine temp where it needed to be without something blocking the radiator in cold weather but after owning a diesel I know why, it takes forever to warm up! I drive short trips to work and I feel bad for the truck.

Yes it did,The after cooler is much lower so I saw no change in EGT"s,It does warm the coolant much faster when driving.

TWest I have the same winter front and I would like to open mine up a bit. how big are holes and what did you use to make them? thank's for the info. :D

RSchlosser, I use a 2. 5 hole saw bit, you can get them at any hardware store. Make sure they have a pilot bit, or it will be hard to hold when drilling.
