thought i'd clue all you guys in on a little secret. DO NOT pressure test an intercooler if you're short 1 t-bolt clamp, but happen to have one of those "handy" hose clamps that you tighten with a flat head. especially DO NOT test it to 60 psi. and last but not least, DO NOT have your ears anywhere near the boot that is being held by said clamp.

I posted some time ago that 15 psi is enough and it was argued that it wasn't. In fact an article in the TDR stated something like not over 20. Go figure.

one more thing to NOT DO. pull your oil pan w/ engine in the truck. i think i'm going to have to find a lift and raise the engine up to get it back under there. live and learn. from somebody else.....
