I got the new Bilsteins put in last week, and am really enjoying the ride. Today I was showing off the engine, and noticed that the bushing on the passenger side had exploded pretty bad. WTF:mad: I tightened them down just like I was told. Are these things known for going bad or what? Should I call ORW and ask them to replace them, or I saw where someone had replaced them with Rancho urethane bushings. If the latter can someone tell me where to order the urethane ones

I have had the same problem with my Bilsteins. I have had to replace two bushings so far both on the passenger side. Hopefully someone will post a fix for this. You pay that much for shocks you would think the bushings would last longer than 6 months before you have to replace them.

There was a recent thread about this issue. You can use the search feature to locate it if you wish. Make sure your bushings have a steel sleve in them. If not that is definitely your problem.
