Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) OBD2 Code Reader

I am looking to get a code reader for my truck. I threw a code the other day and I can't seem to get it to clear. So I figured I should go ahead and get one anyway. I was wondering if anybody had any recomendations on the best one to get.
