Need advice!

Yellowstone

Drove one of those in the late 80's as a spare truck when my 88 Chevy cube was down,if i remember right it would only hold half as many bread stacks as the one i have today, did about 50MPH top speed, little heat for winter,no A/C for summer and no tunes to listen too. I loved the side sliding door for summer time use though, but we have moved up to some better comforts as compared to the 80"s,the 01 Ford 7. 3 has,Auto, cruise tilt A/C,good heater and a decent cassette radio:-laf:-laf:-laf. Hope my new one next year gets even betterOo. Oo. Oo. DW

Brand new Sure-Track 39+5 trailer plus 2 dump trailers and 3 car haulers.
Hauling the other trailers back to the trailer dealer, then going back to WI.

Pulling it with a SRW but when we go on the road this summer we'll be using the 99 3500DRW.

I will put it on the scales tomorrow and see what she weighs in at, I'm guess around 30k GCW.

Where's your numbers??

Here is my truck and trailer. Pulls great, need to put it on the scales fully loaded, but it pulls excellent and I couldn't ask for a better truck to pull it. The Cummins makes my trailer seem alot smaller. Buddies with Fords have to play alot of catch up in order to keep up with me in the hills. Scotty

Take the big trailer Boss, the big one!

I didn't get any pictures darn it. . A good friend just shelled his transfer case on his 03 extended cab 4X4 DTC. So I ask "It is just a 3/4 ton right?" Yep, he answers, sitting about a hundred or so miles down the road, your trailer has a winch right? Yes sir it does, I am heading that way. So he continues his journey in another truck and I head our pulling my 6000# car trailer to pick his truck up. . I get there and get set up, hook up my winch, then look in the back of the truck. There were 5 350# and 2 500# blind flanges plus tool box in the back! Well, I came this far, lets see what it looks and feels like on the trailer. So I winch it up (had to double pull line, use snatch block)and once on the trailer decided not that bad, tires a little low, but worth a try. It was not until I tied down and tried to stow my ramps that I realized how much weight I had on the trailer, the ramps were BOWED! I got it home, not doing that again, if this pickup service continues, going for a ten thousand pound trailer!

Any estimates on weight? :D
